WHAT WE DID
To celebrate the release of Nemzzz’s Rent’s Due project, BEAM delivered a fully immersive house party takeover at 14 Cavendish Square, transforming the venue into a bold, branded world built around Nemzzz’s album "Rents Due".
RESULTS
Immersive Build & Creative Installations
Custom Bedroom & Walk-In Wardrobe Build
A fully designed bedroom set, complete with custom Nemzzz bedsheets and furniture layout.
The JD Sports walk-in wardrobe served as an interactive gifting moment, stocked with Nike Tech Fleeces and DN8 trainers.
Receipt Treasure Hunt Activation
Guests were invited to hunt for hidden receipts across the event space, which could be redeemed in the JD closet for exclusive pieces—gamifying the guest experience.
Branded Bar Build
A custom-built bar featuring drink sponsors’ logos, album graphics, and themed menu, run by BEAM’s in-house bar staff team.
Event Staffing
All staff, including bar team, security, front-of-house, runners, and cleaning crew, were organised and managed by BEAM, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Venue Styling & Prop Design
Custom Lightboxes & Artwork Integration
Illuminated lightboxes throughout the space featuring Rent’s Due artwork and sponsor logos.
Bespoke paintings of Nemzzz displayed around the venue added an art-gallery edge to the night.
Themed Props & Statement Moments
A life-sized medieval soldier statue created a surreal photo moment.
Iconic custom props included:
A giant cereal bowl with “Rent’s Due” spelled out in cereal.
A fireplace prop with coal spelling the album title.
Branded Rent’s Due cereal boxes used throughout the venue as décor and giveaways.
Music & Programming
Talent Booking & Hosting
DJs JADEY WADEY, JAMO BEATZ, and SIR DJ COREY were booked by BEAM to provide non-stop energy throughout the night.
The DJ booth was customised with project artwork and branded visuals.
Ginga Jay hosted the event, ensuring crowd energy and transitions were smooth and lively.
