We travelled to Sheffield to produce the official listening party for Hugo's latest EP, delivering an immersive launch event that celebrated both the new music and the artist himself.

We managed event staffing and secured brand partnerships with Windrush Rum and Wingstop, providing guests with complimentary food and drinks that enhanced the overall experience. As the event coincided with Hugo's birthday, we added a personal touch by organising a bespoke birthday celebration, ensuring the occasion felt as memorable for the artist as it was for attendees.

Guests were given the exclusive opportunity to hear the new EP performed live for the very first time, creating a unique moment that brought fans closer to the music. To encourage interaction throughout the evening, we incorporated engaging experiences including a pool table and a resident barber offering complimentary line-ups, creating an authentic community atmosphere that reflected the artist's culture and audience.
