All staff payments are processed by Boudica Events & Management LTD.

To ensure your payment is made on time, please make sure your invoice includes:

• Your full name (as it appears on your bank account)

• Your bank details (account number & sort code)

• The event name/date you worked on

• The hours or day rate agreed

• Your invoice total

• Your unique invoice number and date of issue

Payment Schedule:
Invoices are reviewed weekly and paid every Tuesday before midnight.

Once your invoice is ready, simply submit it below.
If your invoice is received after Monday 5PM, it will roll over to the next week’s payment run.
