We’re building a new bar team: talented, confident, and full of character – think Alchemist-style theatre but reimagined for BEAM’s bold, community-first energy. You'll serve at our events, pop-ups, and special projects across London and beyond.

We're looking for:

• Flair bartenders / mixologists who understand presentation, flavour, and vibe.

• People who see bartending as performance – you bring your personality with every pour.

• An interest in storytelling through drinks – themed menus, concept cocktails, or your own twist.

• Punctual, professional and people-first. We love good energy and community spirit.

• 18+ with prior bar experience preferred (but if you’ve got talent, talk to us).
