BEAM was commissioned to orchestrate an exclusive event for IFFY.FM & Trax to announce the upcoming GoldLink album "ENOCH". Our responsibilities included full event logistics, bar setup with licensing, staffing, brand collaborations, and a unique live-streaming experience that brought the party to the entire city of London.

Our responsibilities included full event logistics, bar setup with licensing, staffing, brand collaborations, and a unique live-streaming experience that brought the party to the entire city of London.
WHAT WE DID
- Event Management: We meticulously planned and executed the event, ensuring every detail was covered to create an unforgettable experience for attendees.
- Bar Setup and Licensing: BEAM handled the complete setup of the bar, including obtaining the necessary licenses and collaborating with AU Vodka for premium drinks & Dripp water to keep our guests hydrated!
- Food Collaboration: BEAM collaborated with Wingstop to provide delicious food, ensuring all guests were well-fed throughout the event.
- Full Event Staffing: We provided a comprehensive staffing solution, including DJs, bar staff, cleaners, couriers, and security personnel, ensuring the event ran smoothly from start to finish.
- Live Streaming: We organised a live stream of the entire party, broadcasting it to multiple digi-vans driving around London. This innovative approach allowed the celebration to reach a wider audience, playing the live stream with audio across the city.
Content Creation: Our team captured the vibrant atmosphere of the party with high-quality photography and videography, creating engaging content that highlighted the excitement and energy of the event.
Artist Relations: We ensured seamless coordination with GoldLink, managing all interactions to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for the artist and attendees alike.
