- Event Management: Our team meticulously planned and executed the event, coordinating all aspects to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.
- Brand Relations/Placement & Gifting: We collaborated with the clothing brand Fully Paid to create exclusive merchandise promoting the upcoming TRAX launch. Bobby Shmurda wore this merch at the event, enhancing brand visibility. Additionally, we partnered with AU Vodka to provide drinks, adding a premium touch to the event.
- Full Event Staffing: BEAM provided security personnel and DJ's ensuring the event was well-staffed and efficiently managed from start to finish.
