WHAT WE DID
- Event Management: We coordinated every detail of Nines' birthday party, ensuring a flawless execution of the event from start to finish.
- Outdoor Kitchen Setup: BEAM collaborated with TrapKitchen and local business Jerk Bros to design and build an impressive outdoor kitchen, providing a unique and high-quality dining experience for the event.
- Cake Sourcing: We sourced a custom cake from Maria Deans, known for her exceptional cakes, to add a special touch to the birthday celebrations.
- Brand Gifting: We arranged for Havana Club to provide gifting, adding a premium touch to the event with their renowned beverages.
- Content Creation: Our photographer, Haruki, captured the essence of the event with high-quality imagery, documenting the vibrant atmosphere and special moments of the party.
- Venue Liaison: BEAM liaised with the venue to ensure all arrangements were in place, addressing any issues that arose and making sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the event.
RESULTS
