Role Overview: 

As a Social Media Manager at our agency, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, driving engagement and brand awareness across various social platforms. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our agency's narrative, staying ahead of trends in music and fashion, and translating our vision into compelling content strategies.


Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute creative social media campaigns aligned with agency goals and client objectives.

·      Generate engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored to our target audience.

·      Stay abreast of industry trends in music and fashion to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing initiatives.

·      Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

·      Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering community engagement and building relationships with influencers and partners.

·      Run ad campaigns through meta and gather ad analytics 

·      engage with followers likes, comments and respond to messages


Requirements

·      Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the music or fashion industry.

·      Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.

·      Exceptional creativity and ability to conceptualise innovative content ideas.

·      Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Passion for music and fashion with a finger on the pulse of current trends.

·      Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
