Role Overview: 

As a Project Manager at our agency, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our creative visions to life. From artist activations to brand campaigns, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.


Responsibilities

·      Lead project planning, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.

·      Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute projects seamlessly.

·      Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

·      Conduct regular meetings to track progress, address issues, and communicate updates.

·      Manage project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed throughout the process.

·      Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, logistics, and vendor contracts.

·      Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
