Role Overview: 

As an Events Coordinator at our agency, you'll be instrumental in bringing our creative visions to life, from concept to execution. Whether it's coordinating logistics for high-profile events or managing client relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. 


Responsibilities

·      Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site logistics.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts and themes aligned with client objectives.

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners throughout the event planning process.

·      Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

·      Oversee event staffing, including hiring and managing event staff and volunteers.

·      Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

·      Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, contracts, and permits.

·      Stay current on industry trends and best practices in event management.


Requirements

·      Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within the music or fashion industry.

·      Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·      Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.

·      Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

·      Proficiency in event management software and tools.

·      A passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding client expectations.
